LM Metro Hotel has 3 buildings with One Hundred Twenty Seven (127) rooms, consisting of a suite with mini-bar for two, Family Rooms for four, Executive Rooms for three and Family Executive rooms good for 10 to 15 people, Twin de Luxe Rooms for two and De Luxe Rooms for two. Along with luxury rooms, there are 9 function room halls namely Mahogany, Molave, Kamagong, Yakal, Tindalo, Narra, Sea view, Mountain view and the new LM Convention, all of which are designed to hosts parties such as weddings, birthdays, baptism and reunions. At the ground floor of the hotel, you can relax at the 3rd Cup Café or chill at 13 Spices Jazz bar.
